जिसपर वहां के कर्मचारियों ने महिलाओं को वोट डालने से मना कर दिया। इसके बाद महिलाओं ने हिजाब न उतारने की बात कहते हुए बूथ के बाहर ही हंगामा करना शुरू कर दिया। देखते ही देखता वहां बड़ी संख्या में मुस्लिम महिलाएं एकत्र हो गईं।
महिलाओं ने कहा कि हम लोग कमरे में हिजाब उतार सकते है। मगर गेट के बाहर से हिजाब उतार कर नहीं जाएंगे। उधर हंगामे की सूचना मिलते ही मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने महिलाओं को समझा बुझाकर शांत कराया। इस दौरान बूथ पर कुछ देर के लिए मतदान भी प्रभावित रहा। हांलाकि पुलिस ने बाद में मतदान फिर से शुरू कराया।
