देहरादून। उत्तराखण्ड में 14 फरवरी को होने वाले विधानसभा चुनावों में अपनी किस्मत आजमा रहे 632 प्रत्याशियों में कुल 40 प्रतिशत धनाढ्य हैं। ये करोड़पति हैं। इनकी अब विधायक बनकर माननीय बनने की आकांक्षा है। एसोसिएशन फॉर डेमोक्रेटिक रिफॉर्म्स (एडीआर) की प्रदेश के 632 में से 626 उम्मीदवारों के नामांकन पत्रों का विश्लेषण करने के बाद जारी रिपोर्ट में यह बात सामने आई है। इन 626 में से प्रदेश में इस बार 252 करोड़पति उम्मीदवार हैं, जिसमें भाजपा के सर्वाधिक 60 उम्मीदवार शामिल हैं।

एडीआर के को-आर्डिनेटर मनोज ध्यानी ने यूनीवार्ता को बताया कि पांचवीं विधानसभा के लिए हो रहे इन चुनावों में वर्ष 2017 की तुलना में करोड़पति प्रत्याशियों की संख्या में लगभग नौ प्रतिशत वृद्धि हुई है। तब यह संख्या 31 प्रतिशत थी। इस बार 40 प्रतिशत उम्मीदवार करोड़पति हैं। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, इस बार भारतीय जनता पार्टी से 60, कांग्रेस से 56 और 40 निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी करोड़पति हैं जबकि आम आदमी पार्टी से 31, बहुजन समाज पार्टी से 18, उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल से 12, समाजवादी पार्टी से आठ, आजाद समाज पार्टी (कांशीराम) से छह, पीपुल्स पार्टी ऑफ इंडिया (डेमोक्रेटिक) से तीन करोड़पति उम्मीदवार चुनाव मैदान में है।

इन धनाढ्यों की श्रेणी में ही एआईएमआईएम, राष्ट्रीय समाज दल (आर), भारतीय जन जागृति पार्टी, सीपीआई (एम), राष्ट्रवादी जनलोक पार्टी (सत्या) और उत्तराखंड परिवर्तन पार्टी से 2-2 प्रत्याशी चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं। इसके अलावा, राष्ट्रीय लोक दल, जय महाभारत पार्टी, उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल (डी), उत्तराखंड जनएकता पार्टी, सीपीआई, उत्तराखंड जनता पार्टी, शिरोमणि अकाली दल से एक-एक प्रत्याशी माननीय बनने को आतुर हैं।

रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, इन करोड़पति धनाढ्यों में सर्वाधिक धनबली लक्सर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी अंतरक्षि सैनी हैं, जिनके पास 123 करोड़ रुपये की चल-अचल सम्पति है। दूसरे नम्बर पर, चौबट्टाखाल से भाजपा प्रत्याशी सतपाल रावत उर्फ सतपाल महाराज हैं, जिन पर 87 करोड़ रुपये की सम्पत्ति है जबकि श्रीनगर क्षेत्र से उत्तराखण्ड क्रांति दल (उक्रांद) प्रत्याशी मोहन काला के पास 82 करोड़, खानपुर से निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी उमेश कुमार पर 54 करोड़ रुपये की चल-अचल सम्पत्ति है।
