निदा ने बताया, ”मेरी शादी के ठीक बाद मुझे जो उत्पीड़न झेलना पड़ा, उसने मुझे अन्य मुस्लिम महिलाओं के लिए लड़ने की ताकत दी, जो एक बार में तीन तलाक और दहेज की शिकार हैं। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि केंद्र द्वारा पारित तीन तलाक विरोधी कानून और उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार का अवैध धर्म परिवर्तन कानून ‘मुस्लिम महिलाओं और समाज के लिए वरदान’ है। उन्होंने कहा, मैं चाहती हूं कि मुस्लिम समुदाय की महिलाएं मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व वाली भाजपा सरकार के अच्छे कामों को समझे। मुझे विश्वास है कि उत्तर प्रदेश में भाजपा के फिर से सत्ता में आने पर मुसलमानों की सामाजिक स्थिति में सुधार होगा।
