सभी पार्टियों के चुनावी वादों में किसानों, युवाओं, महिलाओं और समाज के अन्य वर्गों के लिए बहुत कुछ कहा गया है। सत्ता में वापसी के लिए भाजपा ने अपने संकल्प पत्र में अगले पांच वर्षों तक किसानों को सिंचाई के लिए मुफ्त बिजली उपलब्ध कराने, गन्ना किसानों को 14 दिन के अंदर भुगतान करने और देर से होने वाले भुगतान के लिए मिलों से ब्याज वसूल करके किसानों को ब्याज समेत भुगतान कराने, 5,000 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से गन्ना मिलों के नवीनीकरण मिशन के तहत चीनी मिलों का नवीनीकरण और आधुनिकीकरण करने, प्रदेश में छह मेगा फूड पार्क और छह औद्योगिक पार्क विकसित करने और निषाद राज बोर्ड सब्सिडी योजना शुरू करके मछुआरों को एक लाख रुपए तक की नाव 40फीसदी सब्सिडी पर उपलब्ध कराने का वादा किया है। इसके अलावा मेधावी छात्राओं को रानी लक्ष्मीबाई योजना के तहत मुफ्त स्कूटी देने, मुख्यमंत्री कन्या सुमंगला योजना के तहत दी जाने वाली सहायता राशि को 15,000 से बढ़ाकर 25,000 रुपए करने का वादा किया गया है। साथ ही प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना के सभी लाभार्थियों को होली और दीपावली पर घरेलू गैस के दो सिलेंडर मुफ्त देने, 60 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र की महिलाओं को सार्वजनिक परिवहन में मुफ्त यात्रा की सुविधा देने, विधवा और निराश्रित महिलाओं की पेंशन को बढ़ाकर डेढ़ हजार रुपए प्रतिमाह करने भी वादा किया गया है।
राज्य की सत्ता से भाजपा को हटाने और सपा को विकल्प के रूप में पेश करने का प्रयास करते हुए पार्टी अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव ने अपने चुनावी घोषणापत्र में कहा है, ”सभी फसलों का न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य तय किया जाएगा, गन्ना किसानों को 15 दिन के अंदर भुगतान सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा। इसके लिए अगर फार्मर्स कॉरपस फंड बनाने की जरूरत होगी तो बनाया जाएगा। सभी किसानों को 2025 तक कर्ज मुक्त बनाया जायेगा। ऋण मुक्ति कानून बनाकर अत्यंत गरीब किसानों को लाभ पहुंचाया जाएगा। प्रियंका गांधी वाद्रा ने कांग्रेस के सत्ता में आने के 10 दिनों के भीतर किसानों का कर्ज माफ करने की घोषणा की है।

कांग्रेस ने 10वीं और 12वीं में पढ़ने वाली लड़कियों को स्मार्टफोन और स्नातक करने वाली छात्राओं को इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटी देने का वादा किया है। भाजपा और सपा ने वादा किया है कि वे राज्य भर में कैंटीनों से गरीबों को रियायती दर पर भोजन उपलब्ध कराएंगे। भाजपा ने कहा है कि वह माँ अन्नपूर्णा कैंटीन शुरू करेगी, जबकि अखिलेश ने समाजवादी कैंटीन से 10 रुपये में भोजन उपलब्ध कराने का वादा किया है। भाजपा ने कहा है कि वह लव जिहाद के दोषियों के लिए कम से कम 10 साल की सजा और एक लाख रुपये के जुर्माने का प्रावधान करेगी। पार्टी ने यह भी कहा है कि अगले पांच वर्षों में देवबंद में आतंकवाद विरोधी कमांडो सेंटर की स्थापना का काम पूरा किया जाएगा और इसी तरह के केंद्र मेरठ, रामपुर, आजमगढ़, कानपुर और बहराइच में बनाए जाएंगे।
