UP Election 2022: यूपी में कल पहले चरण का चुनाव, 623 प्रत्याशियों की प्रतिष्ठा दांव पर, कई मंत्रियों की भी परीक्षा

लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव के पहले चरण के तहत बृहस्पतिवार को राज्य के 11 जिलों की 58 विधानसभा सीटों पर मतदान होगा। पहले चरण में जिन जिलों में मतदान होगा वे सभी प्रदेश के पश्चिमी क्षेत्र के हैं। मतदान सुबह सात बजे शुरू होकर शाम छह बजे तक होगा। निर्वाचन आयोग कार्यालय से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक पहले चरण के चुनाव के लिए सभी तैयारियां पूरी कर ली गई हैं। इस चरण में शामली, हापुड़, गौतम बुद्ध नगर, मुजफ्फरनगर, मेरठ, बागपत, गाजियाबाद, बुलंदशहर, अलीगढ़, मथुरा तथा आगरा जिलों में मतदान होगा।

पहले चरण के लिए चुनाव प्रचार का काम मंगलवार शाम पांच बजे बंद हो गया। पहले चरण के चुनाव में कुल 623 उम्मीदवार मैदान में हैं और इस चरण में 2.27 करोड़ मतदाता हैं। पहले चरण का चुनाव जाट बहुल क्षेत्र में होगा। इस चरण में प्रदेश सरकार के मंत्री श्रीकांत शर्मा, सुरेश राणा, संदीप सिंह, कपिल देव अग्रवाल, अतुल गर्ग और चौधरी लक्ष्मी नारायण के राजनीतिक भाग्य का फैसला होगा। वर्ष 2017 में हुए पिछले विधानसभा चुनाव में भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) ने पहले चरण की 58 में से 53 सीटों पर जीत हासिल की थी जबकि समाजवादी पार्टी (सपा) और बहुजन समाज पार्टी(बसपा) को दो-दो सीटें मिली थी। इसके अलावा राष्ट्रीय लोकदल (रालोद) का भी एक प्रत्याशी जीता था।

पहले चरण के चुनाव के लिए प्रचार का ज्यादातर काम कोविड-19 महामारी के मद्देनजर निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा रैलियों और रोड शो पर प्रतिबंध लगाए जाने कारण डिजिटल माध्यम से ही किया गया। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भाजपा के चुनाव प्रचार अभियान की अगुवाई करते हुए केंद्र और उत्तर प्रदेश में पार्टी के नेतृत्व वाली सरकारों की उपलब्धियों का जिक्र किया और सपा-रालोद के गठबंधन पर हमला करते हुए लोगों को ‘नकली समाजवादियों’ से सतर्क रहने को कहा। इसके अलावा केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह और उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने वर्ष 2017 से पहले कैराना से हिंदुओं के पलायन का मुद्दा बार-बार उठाया।

उधर, सपा अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव और रालोद प्रमुख जयंत चौधरी ने अपने चुनाव प्रचार अभियान के दौरान किसानों के मुद्दों को पुरजोर तरीके से उठाया और भाजपा नेताओं पर झूठ बोलने के आरोप लगाए। अपने चुनाव प्रचार अभियान की देर से शुरुआत करने वालीं बसपा अध्यक्ष मायावती ने लोगों को अपनी पिछली सरकार के कार्यकाल में राज्य की कानून व्यवस्था की याद दिलाई और प्रतिद्वंद्वी पार्टियों पर प्रदेश की जनता से ‘छल’ करने का आरोप लगाया। कांग्रेस महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी वाद्रा ने मतदाताओं के घर घर जाकर वोट मांगे।
