उत्तर प्रदेश में तीसरे चरण का मतदान जारी है। यूपी में 9 जिलों में मतदाता अपने मत का इस्तेमाल कर रहे है। तीसरे चरण में हाथरस, फिरोजाबाद, एटा, कासगंज, मैनपुरी, फर्रूखाबाद, कन्नौज, इटावा, औरैया, कानपुर देहात, कानपुर नगर, जालौन, झांसी, ललितपुर, हमीरपुर और महोबा जिलों में मतदान जारी है। यूपी में एक बजे तक 35.88 फीसदी मतदान हुआ है। एटा जिले में सबसे ज्यादा वोटिंग हो गई है। कानपुर नगर में वोटिंग की रफ्तर सबसे धीमी है। वहीं, कानपुर के जरौली में प्रदेश के कैबिनेट मंत्री सतीश महाना की सुरक्षाकर्मियों से झड़प हो गई।

कानपुर के गोविंद नगर क्षेत्र में प्रत्याशी के दो बस्ते लगाने पर पुलिस और विजय कपूर के बीच बहस हो गई। पुलिस का कहना था कि एक बूथ के बाहर सभी प्रत्याशी के एक-एक बस्ते लगाए जाएंगे। जिसके बाद कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी के भाई विजय कपूर दो बसते लगाने को लेकर काफी देर तक अड़े रहे।

महोबा में 38.12 प्रतिशत मतदान हुआ
औरैया में 33.37 फीसद मतदान हुआ
