पीलीभीत में ताजिया निकालने को लेकर बवाल, दो थाना क्षेत्रों में तनाव, पुलिस फोर्सतैनात

पीलीभीत जिले के बरखेड़ा और पीलीभीत कोतवाली थाना क्षेत्रों में दो अलग-अलग स्थानों पर ताजिया को लेकर तनाव की स्थिति पैदा हो गई है और प्रशासन ने यहां अतिरिक्त पुलिस बल तैनात कर कड़ी चौकसी बरत रही है। बरखेड़ा थाना प्रभारी उदय वीर सिंह ने शुक्रवार को बताया कि थाना क्षेत्र के अमखेड़ा गांव में बृहस्पतिवार रात उस समय विवाद खड़ा हो गया जब एक समुदाय के लोगों ने गांव में नई परंपरा का हवाला देकर ताजिया निकालने का विरोध किया और हंगामा किया। उन्होंने कहा, लेकिन मुस्लिम समुदाय के लोगों का कहना है कि वे पिछले सात साल से ताजिया स्थापित कर रहे हैं।

पुलिस के अनुसार, ताजियादार मोहम्मद हुसैन ने अपना पक्ष रखा कि 2015 से लगातार ताजिया बन रहा है लेकिन पिछले दो साल से कोविड लॉकडाउन के कारण उन्हें गांव से बाहर नहीं निकाला गया। पुलिस ने कहा कि इसी वजह से दूसरे समुदाय के लोग इसे एक नई परंपरा बता रहे हैं। मोहम्‍मद हुसैन ने पुलिस के समक्ष यह भी तर्क दिया है कि इलाके के मुस्लिम समुदाय के लोगों की फेसबुक आईडी पर ताजिया की फोटो भी डाली है, जिसकी तारीख 12 दिसंबर 2019 है। यह तस्वीर अब वायरल हो गई है।

पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी (सीओ) बिलासपुर प्रशांत सिंह ने पत्रकारों से कहा कि दोनों पक्षों के लोगों से समस्या का समाधान होने तक शांति बनाए रखने की अपील की गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि तनाव को देखते हुए गांव में पुलिस बल तैनात कर दिया गया है। मुस्लिम समुदाय के सदस्यों ने कहा कि दोनों पक्षों की बैठक सुबह तक चली लेकिन कोई निष्कर्ष नहीं निकला। कर्बला की लड़ाई में इमाम हुसैन और उनके साथियों की शहादत की याद में मुहर्रम के दौरान जुलूसों में मुस्लिम श्रद्धालु ताजिया निकालते हैं। एक अन्य घटना में पीलीभीत सदर कोतवाली क्षेत्र के मोहल्ला मदीना शाह लाल रोड में तैयारी के दौरान स्थानीय लोग पुलिस से भिड़ गए।

कोतवाली पुलिस को सड़क पर ताजिया रखने की सूचना मिली। पुलिस ने मौके पर जाकर सड़क पर ताजिया रखने से मना कर दिया। छह अगस्त को ताजिया इमामबाड़े के बाहर रखा जाना था। आक्रोशित लोगों की पुलिस से नोकझोंक हो गई। बृहस्पतिवार की रात सड़क पर ताजिया रखने के आरोप में पुलिस ने उन्हें खदेड़ दिया। पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी (नगर) सुनील दत्त ने मीडियाकर्मियों को बताया कि इलाके में दो थानों के पुलिसकर्मियों को तैनात किया गया है। गौरतलब है कि कोतवाली क्षेत्र में सावन के अंतिम सोमवार को बड़ी संख्या में कावड़ यात्रा निकाली जानी है और बूंदा की डेयरी के पास सड़क पर अतिरिक्त सतर्कता बरती जा रही है।

उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस पूरी तरह सतर्क है और स्थिति नियंत्रण में है। इस बीच पुलिस अधीक्षक (एसपी) दिनेश पी ने आगामी त्योहारों मोहर्रम, रक्षाबंधन के दृष्टिगत जनपद में शांति एवं कानून-व्यवस्था बनाये रखने के लिए ताजियादारों, धर्मगुरुओं एवं संभ्रांत लोगों की बैठक कर सभी त्योहार आपसी भाईचारे से मनाने की अपील की। उन्होंने क्षेत्रीय समस्याओं के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त कर उसका त्वरित निस्तारण करने के निर्देश दिये। एसपी ने अफवाह एवं भ्रामक खबरों पर ध्यान न देते हुए अफवाह फैलाने वालों की सूचना तत्काल पुलिस को देने की अपील की। एसपी ने साफ कहा कि कोई भी नई परम्परा शुरू करने की अनुमति किसी को नहीं दी जायेगी।
