उत्तर प्रदेश कांग्रेस महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा ने बुधवार को यूपी चुनाव के लिए कांग्रेस का घोषणा पत्र जारी कर दिया है। कांग्रेस ने यूपी में सरकार बनने पर 10 दिन के अंदर किसानों का पूरा कर्जा माफ करने का वादा किया है। उन्होंने प्रदेश में दो लाख खाली पड़े शिक्षकों के पद भरने का वादा किया। पुरानी पेंशन योजना पर उन्होंने कहा कि इस पर कोई बीच का रास्ता निकालना जरूरी है।
प्रियंका गांधी ने कहा कि हमने घोषणा पत्र में जनता की आकांक्षाओं को शामिल किया है। इसके लिए हमारी घोषणा पत्र टीम के सदस्य अलग-अलग जिलों में गए और लोगों से बात की और जैसा जनता में कहा हमने उन बातों को घोषणा पत्र में शामिल किया है। उन्होंने भाजपा पर तंज कसते हुए कहा कि हमने अलग-अलग पार्टियों का घोषणा पत्र देखने के बाद अपना घोषणा पत्र तैयार नहीं किया है।
प्रियंका गांधी ने यूपी में चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान इस्तेमाल की जा रही भाषा पर कहा कि कोई कहता है, गर्मी निकाल देंगे, कोई कहता है चर्बी निकाल देंगे। अगर निकालना है तो भर्ती निकालिए। बेरोजगारी इतनी ज्यादा है। इस पर कोई बात नहीं कर रहा है। यह कांग्रेस का तीसरा घोषणा पत्र है। इसके पहले कांग्रेस ने महिलाओं के लिए शक्ति विधान, युवाओं के लिए भर्ती विधान और अब अंतिम घोषणा पत्र ‘उन्नति विधान’ जारी किया है।
कांग्रेस ने घोषणा पत्र में किए गए वादे:
- सरकारी नौकरियों में महिलाओं को 40 फीसदी आरक्षण दिया जाएगा।
- किसानों का कर्जा 10 दिन में माफ किया जाएगा।
- बिजली बिल आधा किया जाएगा।
- 20 लाख सरकारी नौकरियां देंगे। 12 लाख पद खाली हैं जिसे भाजपा ने नहीं भरा है। हम आठ लाख नौकरियां और देंगे।
-10 लाख रुपये तक के इलाज की मुफ्त व्यवस्था करेंगे। - आवारा पशुओं से नुकसान होने पर 3000 रुपये मुआवजा दिया जाएगा।
- दो रुपये में गोबर खरीदा जाएगा। जैसा कि छत्तीसगढ़ में किया जा रहा है।
- छोटे व्यापारियों की मदद करेंगे और लघु उद्योगों को और मजबूत बनाएंगे।
- संविदा नियुक्ति बंद की जाएगी। संविदाकर्मियों का नियमितीकरण किया जाएगा। आउटसोर्सिंग बंद की जाएगी।
- झुग्गीवासियों को भूमि अधिकार दिया जाएगा।
- ग्राम प्रधानों का वेतन 5 हजार व चौकीदारों का वेतन भी बढ़ाया जाएगा।
- कोरोना के दौरान जान गंवाने वाले योद्घाओं के परिजनों को 50 लाख रुपये मुआवजा दिया जाएगा।
- इस मौके पर कांग्रेस की घोषणा पत्र समिति के अध्यक्ष सलमान खुर्शीद ने कहा कि हम अब तक दो घोषणा पत्र जारी कर चुके हैं जिसमें से पहला महिलाओं के लिए और दूसरा युवाओं के लिए था। अब हम तीसरा और अंतिम घोषणा पत्र जारी कर रहे हैं। इसके लिए हमने करीब एक लाख लोगों से बात की जिनकी आकांक्षाओं को इसमें शामिल किया गया है। हमने समाज के हर वर्ग से बात की और यह जन घोषणा पत्र तैयार किया है।
