गोरखपुर में विवाद के बाद पोल्ट्री फार्म मालिक ने चालक को गोली मारी, घायल

गोरखपुर जिले के सोनबरसा इलाके में शनिवार शाम एक पोल्ट्री फार्म मालिक ने तीखी बहस के बाद अपने वाहन चालक को लाइसेंसी पिस्तौल से गोली मार दी। पुलिस ने रविवार को यह जानकारी दी। पुलिस के अनुसार, सीने में गोली लगने के बाद चालक मनीष सिंह जमीन पर गिर पड़ा। सूचना मिलने पर पुलिस ने उसे बीआरडी मेडिकल कॉलेज पहुंचाया जहां उसकी हालत गंभीर बताई गई है। पुलिस ने रविवार को घायल चालक के भाई की शिकायत के आधार पर आरोपी पोल्ट्री फार्म मालिक गुड्डू उर्फ अमृत नाथ सिंह को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। आरोपी के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 307 (हत्या का प्रयास) के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है और वारदात में इस्तेमाल पिस्तौल बरामद कर ली गई है।

कैंट की पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी (सीओ) अंशिका वर्मा ने फोरेंसिक टीम के साथ घटनास्थल का निरीक्षण किया और साक्ष्य एकत्र किए। जानकारी के अनुसार, भटगावां गांव निवासी मनीष सिंह पिछले 10 वर्षों से रामूडीहा गांव में सिंह के पोल्ट्री फार्म पर चालक के रूप में काम कर रहा था। पुलिस के अनुसार, मनीष सिंह का पिछले छह वर्षों से देवरिया जिले की एक महिला के साथ कथित तौर पर अवैध संबंध है। उनके तीन बच्चे भी हैं। इस बीच, मनीष की किरण नाम की एक महिला से शादी हो गयी और उनकी दो बेटियां भी हैं।

शनिवार को इस मामले को लेकर मनीष, उसका भाई शिवम और एक रिश्तेदार संदेश सिंह बैठक करने के लिए गुड्डू के पोल्ट्री फार्म पर पहुंचे। बैठक के दौरान चालक मनीष और मालिक गुड्डू में बहस होने लग, जिसके बाद गुड्डू ने चालक को थप्पड़ मार दिया और फिर उस पर गोली चला दी। पुलिस अधीक्षक (नगर) कृष्ण कुमार विश्नोई ने बताया कि गोली लगने से मनीष घायल हो गया और उसे बीआरडी मेडिकल कॉलेज में भर्ती कराया गया है। पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है।
