वाराणसी। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी रविवार को अपने संसदीय क्षेत्र वाराणसी के दो दिवसीय दौरे पर पहुंचे। इस दौरान वह काशी तथा आसपास के क्षेत्रों के विकास के लिए 19,000 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की 37 परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास एवं उद्घाटन करेंगे। वाराणसी पहुंचने के बाद प्रधानमंत्री के काफिले पर लोगों ने फूलों की पंखुड़ियों से वर्षा की। मोदी के स्वागत में सड़क के दोनों किनारे खड़े लोगों ने उनके नारे लगाये। हवाई अड्डे पर प्रमुख लोगों ने उनका स्वागत किया।
प्रधानमंत्री के काफिले में एक ऐसा भी अवसर आया जब एक एंबुलेंस को रास्ता दिया गया। एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि नदेसर स्थित कटिंग मेमोरियल पहुंचने पर उनके काफिले के सामने एक एम्बुलेंस आ गई। इस दौरान प्रधानमंत्री ने अपना काफिला रुकवाकर एम्बुलेंस को रास्ता दिया। यहां जारी एक आधिकारिक बयान में कहा गया था कि प्रधानमंत्री रविवार दोपहर बाद यहां पहुंचेंगे और उत्तर प्रदेश की राज्यपाल आनंदीबेन पटेल तथा मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ उनका स्वागत करेंगे, जिसके बाद वह करीब 25 घंटे काशी में बिताएंगे। वाराणसी दौरे के पहले दिन प्रधानमंत्री शाम को नमो घाट से ‘काशी तमिल संगमम’ के दूसरे संस्करण की शुरुआत करेंगे।
बयान के मुताबिक, मोदी बनारस से कन्याकुमारी के लिए ‘काशी तमिल संगमम एक्सप्रेस’ को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना करेंगे। उसमें कहा गया है कि 17 से 31 दिसंबर तक आयोजित होने वाले ‘काशी तमिल संगमम’ के दूसरे संस्करण के दौरान तमिलनाडु एवं पुडुचेरी के 1,400 लोग वाराणसी, प्रयागराज और अयोध्या की यात्रा करेंगे। बयान में कहा गया है कि साथ ही तमिलनाडु और काशी की कला, संगीत, हथकरघा, हस्तशिल्प, व्यंजन एवं अन्य विशेष उत्पादों की प्रदर्शनी भी लगाई जाएगी। इसके अलावा काशी और तमिलनाडु की संस्कृतियों पर आधारित सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का भी आयोजन होगा। बयान में कहा गया है कि ‘काशी तमिल संगमम’ के दूसरे संस्करण में साहित्य, प्राचीन ग्रंथ, दर्शन, अध्यात्म, संगीत, नृत्य, नाटक, योग और आयुर्वेद पर व्याख्यान भी होंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त, नवाचार, व्यापार, ज्ञान विनिमय, शिक्षा तकनीक और अगली पीढ़ी की प्रौद्योगिकी पर संगोष्ठि कराने की योजना बनाई गई है।
बयान के अनुसार, इस दौरान राज्यपाल, मुख्यमंत्री, केंद्रीय मंत्री धर्मेन्द्र प्रधान, प्रदेश के उप मुख्यमंत्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य और केंद्रीय राज्यमंत्री डॉ. एल मुरुगन भी मौजूद रहेंगे। बयान में बताया गया है, “तमिल प्रतिनिधिमंडल का पहला जत्था रविवार को वाराणसी पहुंचा, जिसमें तमिलनाडु के विभिन्न हिस्सों से गंगा नामक छात्रों का एक समूह शामिल था। समूह ने काशी विश्वनाथ मंदिर का दौरा किया। अपने प्रवास के दौरान वे प्रयागराज और अयोध्या भी जाएंगे। बयान के मुताबिक, छह और समूह इस कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने के लिए वाराणसी पहुंचेंगे जिनमें शिक्षक (यमुना), पेशेवर (गोदावरी), आध्यात्मिक (सरस्वती), किसान और कारीगर (नर्मदा), लेखक (सिंधु) और व्यापारी (कावेरी) शामिल हैं।उसमें कहा गया है कि सांस्कृतिक आदान-प्रदान के अलावा तमिलनाडु और काशी दोनों की कला, संगीत, हथकरघा, हस्तशिल्प, व्यंजन और अन्य विशिष्ट उत्पादों को प्रदर्शित करने वाली एक प्रदर्शनी भी एजेंडे में है। बयान में कहा गया है कि इस दौरान सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम भी होंगे जो काशी और तमिलनाडु की अनूठी परंपराओं को उजागर करेंगे और इसका उद्देश्य इन दोनों क्षेत्रों के लोगों के बीच संबंधों को मजबूत करना है।
केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्रालय इस आयोजन के लिए नोडल एजेंसी है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी अपने दौरे के दूसरे दिन सोमवार को सेवापुरी विकासखंड के बरकी ग्राम सभा में विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा कार्यक्रम में शामिल होंगे। बयान के मुताबिक, मोदी वहां से काशी और पूर्वांचल को 19,155 करोड़ की 37 परियोजनाओं का उपहार भी देंगे। इनमें सड़क एवं सेतु, स्वास्थ्य एवं शिक्षा, पुलिस कल्याण, स्मार्ट सिटी एवं नगर विकास परियोजनाएं, रेलवे, हवाई अड्डे सहित विभिन्न परियोजनाओं का वह लोकार्पण और शिलान्यास करेंगे। वह काशी विश्वनाथ धाम और काल भैरव मंदिर में भी जा सकते हैं और पूजा-अर्चना कर सकते हैं।
