वीडियो में साफ तौर पर दिख रहा है कि शख्स अपने फोन में बिजी प्लेटफॉर्म पर चल रहा था और अचानक पैर लड़खड़ाया और वो पटरियों पर गिर पड़ा। CISF ने वीडियो की क्लिप ट्विटर पर साझा की जिसमें यात्री की पहचान शधारा निवासी शैलेंद्र मेहता के रूप में हुई। घटना शाहदरा मेट्रो स्टेशन पर हुई। सीआईएसएफ ने ट्वीट किया, “अलर्ट सीआईएसएफ कर्मियों ने तुरंत कार्रवाई की और उसकी मदद की।”

वीडियो में, आदमी शाहदरा मेट्रो स्टेशन के प्लेटफॉर्म पर चलते हुए अपने फोन पर व्यस्त था। तभी अचनाक पैर फिसलता है और वह ट्रैक पर जा गिरता है। इसी बीच सीआईएसएफ कर्मियों का एक समूह मौके पर पहुंचता है, जो ट्रैक के ठीक विपरीत होता है। एक जवान तुरंत ट्रैक पर कूदता है और शख्स को बचाने के लिए दौड़ पड़ता है। बताया जा रहा है कि सीआईएसएफ क्यूआरटी टीम के कांस्टेबल रोथश चंद्र ने तेजी से कार्रवाई की और मेट्रो ट्रैक पर उतर गए और शख्स को खींच लिया। मेट्रो ट्रेन के आने से पहले यात्री ट्रैक से बाहर हो गया।”
