यूपी में सुशासन के लिये करने पड़े कई बड़े रिफॉर्म : सीएम योगी

लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने शनिवार को कहा कि राज्य में सुशासन की स्थापना अचानक नहीं हुई है, बल्कि इसके लिए बड़े स्तर पर रिफॉर्म किये गये। नई दिल्ली में आयोजित ‘सुशासन दिवस 2024’ कार्यक्रम को वर्चुअली संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने प्रदेश में हुए विकास कार्यों और सरकार की उपलब्धियों को एक एक करके सबके सामने रखा। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश पहले की सरकारों ने जाति, मत-मजहब, क्षेत्र और भाषा के आधार पर समाज को बांटने और ठगने का कार्य किया, मगर आज विभिन्न योजनाओं के माध्यम से गरीबों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाया गया है। प्रदेश में पहले भी पोटेंशियल था, मगर तब की सरकारों ने इसका बेहतर उपयोग नहीं किया।

नई दिल्ली स्थित डॉ अंबेडकर इंटरनेशनल सेंटर में राम भाऊ म्हालगी प्रबोधिनी की ओर से आयोजित दो दिवसीय ‘सुशासन महोत्सव 2024’ के लिए उन्होने आयोजकों को शुभकामनाएं देते हुये कहा कि सुशासन महोत्सव 2024 प्रधानमंत्री के विकसित भारत के विजन को हम सबके सामने प्रस्तुत करता है। बीते 10 साल में पूरी दुनिया नये भारत का दर्शन कर रही है। भारत आज दुनिया को सम और विषम परिस्थितियों में नेतृत्व देने का सामर्थ्य रखता है। देश के अंदर सुरक्षा का बेहतर वातावरण बना है। सीएम योगी ने कहा कि जैम ट्रिनिटी (जनधन, आधार और मोबाइल) के माध्यम से जहां भ्रष्टाचार पर प्रभावी अंकुश लगा है तो वहीं डीबीटी के माध्यम से अंतिम पायदान पर बैठे व्यक्ति तक शासन की योजनाएं और सेवाएं पहुंचाने का कार्य हुआ है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा आज एक भारत श्रेष्ठ भारत की परिकल्पना साकार हुई है। पहले हम भारतवासियों को कहा जाता था कि हमारा जो कुछ भी ज्ञान है वो पोंगापंथी है। हमारी परंपराओं को लांछित किया जाता था। आज दुनिया के 193 देश 21 जून की तिथि को अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के रूप मनाती है। भारत की इस ऋषि परंपरा से जुड़कर पूरी दुनिया ना केवल शारीरिक बल्कि मानसिक रूप से हमारी परंपरा के प्रति कृतज्ञता ज्ञापित करती है। ये सब प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के कारण संभव हो सका है। सीएम योगी ने यूपी में इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर और कनेक्टिविटी में हुए कार्यों को गिनाया। साथ ही प्रदेश में सुदृढ़ हुई कानून व्यवस्था जैसी उपलब्धियों के बारे में भी बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि केवल योजना बनाने से सुशासन नहीं आता, बल्कि योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन का तरीका और उसकी मॉनीटरिंग बहुत जरूरी है। सरकार ने टेक्नोलॉजी का बेहतरीन उपयोग किया है। सरकार ने बिना भेदभाव के कानून का राज स्थापित किया है। प्रदेश में नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया पारदर्शी है।

एमएसएमई क्लस्टर को मजबूती प्रदान की गई। ओडीओपी योजना लाकर परंपरागत उद्यम को प्रोत्साहित किया गया। मुख्यमंत्री ने सीएम इंटर्नशिप स्कीम, प्लेज पार्क स्कीम की भी चर्चा की। सीएम ने प्रदेश में बेहतर हुई कनेक्टिविटी की चर्चा करते हुए बताया कि जल्द ही यूपी 21 एयरपोर्ट वाला देश का पहला राज्य बन जाएगा। यूपी में सर्वाधिक एक्सप्रेस वे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने विशेष तौर पर प्रदेश में नये उद्यमियों के लिए लाई गई पांच लाख तक के ब्याज मुक्त ऋण की भी चर्चा की। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार का फोकस प्रतिवर्ष एक लाख नये युवा उद्यमियों को तैयार करने पर है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यूपी में सफलता पूर्वक कोरोना महामारी का सामना किया और किसी को बेरोजगार नहीं होने दिया गया। यूपी आज बीमारू राज्य से ऊपर उठकर रेवेन्यू सरप्लस स्टेट बन चुका है। आज प्रदेश में उद्योगिक निवेश का बेहतर माहौल है। यूपी ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट में 40 लाख करोड़ का निवेश प्रस्ताव प्राप्त हुआ। इससे 1 करोड़ 30 लाख से अधिक नौजवानों को रोजगार मिलेगा। 19 फरवरी को प्रधानमंत्री की उपस्थिति में ग्राउंड ब्रेकिंग सेरेमनी का कार्यक्रम होने जा रहा है, जिसमें 10 लाख करोड़ के उद्योगों का भूमिपूजन होने जा रहा है।
