अयोध्या में भाजपा के राम मंदिर का मुद्दा विफल, सपा का शानदार प्रदर्शन

राम मंदिर का निर्माण पूरे देश में भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) के अभियान का मुख्य मुद्दा रहा लेकिन विडंबना यह रही कि अयोध्या में ही चुनावी मुद्दा कारगर साबित नहीं हुआ। फैजाबाद लोकसभा क्षेत्र से दो बार के सांसद लल्लू सिंह को समाजवादी पार्टी (सपा)के अवधेश प्रसाद ने 54,567 मतों से शिकस्त दी। फैजाबाद क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत अयोध्या भी आता है। सत्तारूढ़ भाजपा को 2019 लोकसभा चुनाव में 62 सीट मिली थी जबकि इस बार पार्टी को सिर्फ 33 सीट पर ही जीत मिली। भाजपा की करारी हार के पीछे का एक कारण चौड़ी सड़कें बनाने के लिए घरों को गिराना भी हो सकता है। गेस्ट हाउस चलाने वाले प्रज्वल सिंह ने ‘पीटीआई-भाषा’ से कहा, “जब रावण अपने अहंकार के कारण अपनी लंका नहीं बचा सका, तो लल्लू सिंह कौन हैं?” उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि भाजपा उम्मीदवार को व्यापारी समुदाय की परवाह नहीं है।

सिंह ने यह भी दावा किया कि भाजपा सांसद ने चुनाव अभियान को गंभीरता से नहीं लिया। व्यवसायी ने कहा, “अयोध्या शहर में वह केवल प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के साथ आयोजित रोड शो के दौरान दिखाई दिए थे।” राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (आरएसएस) से संबद्ध अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद (एबीवीपी) के सदस्य के रूप में लल्लू सिंह ने अयोध्या में राम मंदिर के निर्माण के लिए 1989 के आंदोलन में सक्रिय रूप से भाग लिया था। लल्लू सिंह (69) दो बार लोकसभा के अलावा पांच बार उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा के लिए चुने जा चुके हैं। हनुमानगढ़ी मंदिर के महंत राजू दास भी भाजपा की हार का दोष पार्टी पर नहीं बल्कि उम्मीदवार पर डालते दिखे। उन्होंने कहा कि हमें भाजपा से कोई समस्या नहीं थी। हालांकि, उम्मीदवार समाज से पूरी तरह कटा हुआ था और उसमें अहंकार समा गया था। यह पूछे जाने पर कि क्या भाजपा अयोध्या में मंदिर का लाभ उठाने में विफल रही, जिसपर दास ने कहा, ”राम मंदिर हमेशा से आस्था का विषय रहा है, न कि इसे भुनाने का।

मैं उन लोगों का आभारी हूं जिन्होंने भाजपा को वोट दिया और किसी को भी राम मंदिर पर ताला नहीं लगाने दिया।” राम मंदिर के मुख्य पुजारी सत्येंद्र दास ने अयोध्या चुनाव परिणाम को “चौंकाने वाला” बताया लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की तीसरी बार जीत का श्रेय भगवान के आशीर्वाद को दिया। उन्होंने कहा, “अगर वह (मोदी) फिर से प्रधानमंत्री बने हैं, तो यह राम लला की कृपा के कारण है।” समाजवादी पार्टी के जिला प्रमुख पारसनाथ यादव ने सड़कों को चौड़ा करने के लिए घरों के तोड़े जाने की शिकायत की। उन्होंने कहा, “भगवान राम की भूमि के लोगों ने कहा कि उनके साथ अन्याय हो रहा है और उन्हें उनकी जगहों से उजाड़ा जा रहा है।” अयोध्या के महापौर और भाजपा नेता गिरीश पति त्रिपाठी ने कहा, “इसमें कोई संदेह नहीं है कि लोकसभा चुनाव के नतीजे हमारे लिए चौंकाने वाले हैं। उन्होंने दावा किया कि ऐसा इसलिए हुआ क्योंकि प्रतिद्वंद्वियों ने जाति कार्ड खेला और किसी तरह, हमने उन चीजों को कम करके आंका।” राम जन्मभूमि-बाबरी मस्जिद मामले में एक वादी इकबाल अंसारी ने कहा कि चुनावों से पहले अयोध्या के लोगों ने यह नहीं बताया कि उन्हें किससे वोट करना हैं । इकबाल ने भाजपा उम्मीदवार के खिलाफ किसी भी मुस्लिम गोलबंदी से इनकार करते हुए कहा, “अयोध्या में मुसलमानों की आबादी नगण्य है और चाहे जीत हो या हार, यह हिंदू वोटों के कारण होती है।
