बदायूं। बेटे की चाह में पत्नी के साथ क्रूरता की सारी हदें पार करने के एक अत्यंत वीभत्स मामले में बदायूं की एक अदालत ने गर्भवती पत्नी का पेट हंसिए से चीरने के आरोपी पति को दोषी करार देते हुए उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाने के साथ ही 50 हजार रुपये का अर्थदंड लगाया है। विशेष लोक अभियोजक (एडीजीसी) मुनेंद्र पाल सिंह ने शुक्रवार को बताया कि अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश त्वरित न्यायालय (प्रथम) सौरभ सक्सेना ने बृहस्पतिवार देर शाम पन्नालाल को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई और उस पर 50 हजार रुपये का जुर्माना भी लगाया। जुर्माना न देने की स्थिति में उसे छह माह का कारावास और भुगतना होगा।
सिंह ने मामले की जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि सिविल लाइंस थाना क्षेत्र के गांव घोंचा निवासी गोलू ने 19 सितंबर 2020 को थाने में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई जिसमें उसने आरोप लगाया था कि उसकी बहन अनीता की शादी शहर के मोहल्ला नेकपुर निवासी पन्नालाल के साथ हुई थी। शिकायत के अनुसार, अनीता ने शादी के बाद पांच बेटियों को जन्म दिया। इस कारण उसका पति पन्नालाल लगातार उसे प्रताड़ित करता था और दूसरी शादी करने की भी धमकी अनीता को देता था। उन्होंने बताया कि घटना के समय 30 वर्ष की अनीता आठ माह की गर्भवती थी। इसी दौरान एक दिन पन्नालाल घर आया और अनीता से झगड़ने लगा। सिंह ने बताया कि इसके बाद वह बोला कि तू लड़कियां ही पैदा करती है। इस बार तेरा पेट फाड़कर देखूंगा कि इसमें लड़का है या लड़की।
शिकायत के अनुसार, इसके बाद पन्नालाल ने अनीता का पेट हंसिए से चीर दिया जिससे अनीता की आंतें बाहर आ गई और आठ माह के शिशु का गर्भपात हो गया। बाद में पता चला कि वह शिशु लड़का ही था। मामले के अनुसार, गंभीर हालत में अनीता को बरेली स्थित अस्पताल में भर्ती करा कर उसका उपचार कराया गया। गोलू की तहरीर पर पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर विवेचना पूरी करने के बाद अदालत में आरोप पत्र दाखिल किया। वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक आलोक प्रियदर्शी ने बताया कि जांच पूरी होने के बाद आरोपी के खिलाफ अदालत में आरोपपत्र दाखिल किया गया और मामले में नियमित सुनवाई की गयी। उन्होंने बताया कि विशेष अदालत ने पन्नालाल को दोषी पाते हुए उसे आजीवन कारावास तथा 50 हजार रुपये जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई। इस समय पन्नालाल की उम्र 38 वर्ष है।
