दारुल उलूम देवबंद की वेबसाइट पर लगा 10 दिन का बैन, सहारनपुर के DM ने दिए आदेश

उत्तर प्रदेश के सहारनपुर जिले के डीएम अखिलेश सिंह ने दारुल उलूम देवबंद की वेबसाइट पर 10 दिन का बैन लगा दिया गया है।
बताया गया कि दारुल उलूम देवबंद की वेबसाइट पर बच्चों से संबंधित कई फतवे जारी किए गए थे। वहीं राष्ट्रीय बाल संरक्षण आयोग से इसकी शिकायत होने पर डीएम ने यह कार्रवाई की है। वहीं राष्ट्रीय बाल संरक्षण आयोग से की गई शिकायत में आरोप लगाया था कि दारुल उलूम देवबंद की वेबसाइट पर कई ऐसे फतवे जारी किए गए हैं, जो बच्चों के अधिकारों का हनन करते हैं। इस संबंध में सहारनपुर के डीएम से रिपोर्ट मांगी गई थी।

इस्लामिक शिक्षण संस्था दारुल उलूम से जारी होने वाले कई फतवों को विवादास्पद बताते हुए राष्ट्रीय बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग में शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई थी। आयोग ने इसका संज्ञान लेते हुए शासन-प्रशासन को नोटिस जारी किया था। वहीं सोमवार को प्रशासन ने बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए विवादित फतवों की जांच होने तक वेबसाइट पर रोक लगा दी है। जिलाधिकारी अखिलेश सिंह ने रोक लगाए जाने की पुष्टि की है। इस संबंध में दारुल उलूम प्रबंधतंत्र ने प्रशासन को एक सूची भी उपलब्ध कराई है। जिसमें वेबसाइट से हटाए गए फतवों के लिंक दिए गए हैं।
