गोरखपुर। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने समाज के हर वर्ग की समृद्धि और खुशहाली को भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) की डबल इंजन सरकार की गारंटी करार देते हुए बुधवार को कहा कि सरकार प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की इस गारंटी को पूरा करने के लिए पूरी प्रतिबद्धता के साथ आगे बढ़ रही है। राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर शुरू किए गए ‘गांव चलो अभियान’ के तहत मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने गोरखपुर के रजही वनटांगिया गांव में चौपाल सभा आयोजित की। उन्होंने घर-घर जाकर ग्रामीणों से बातचीत की और योजनाओं से उन्हें मिले लाभ के बारे में जानकारी हासिल की। आदित्यनाथ ने अपने संबोधन के दौरान कहा कि वर्ष 2014 से पहले सरकारों को गांव की कोई चिंता नहीं थी लेकिन उसके बाद केंद्र में नरेन्द्र मोदी सरकार और 2017 में उत्तर प्रदेश में भाजपा की डबल इंजन की सरकार आने के बाद से देश और प्रदेश में व्यापक बदलाव आया है।
उन्होंने आरोप लगाते हुए कहा, वर्ष 2014 से पहले देश में महिलाओं को लेकर किसी ने आवाज नहीं उठाई और किसी ने भी युवाओं की चिंता नहीं की। गरीब भूख से मर रहे थे और किसान आत्महत्या कर रहे थे। आज गांव, गरीब, किसान, महिला और युवाओं सहित समाज के हर वर्ग के लिए सरकारी योजनाएं प्रभावी ढंग से आगे बढ़ रही हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा, समाज के हर वर्ग की समृद्धि और खुशहाली भाजपा की डबल इंजन सरकार की गारंटी है और सरकार प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की इस गारंटी को पूरा करने के लिए पूरी प्रतिबद्धता के साथ आगे बढ़ रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि अकेले उत्तर प्रदेश में डबल इंजन सरकार ने 55 लाख 83 हजार लोगों को आवास उपलब्ध कराया है। ये मकान 2014 से पहले भी मिल सकते थे, लेकिन गरीबों को नहीं मिल पाए। प्रदेश में मुफ्त राशन सुविधा से 15 करोड़ लोग लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं। अकेले उत्तर प्रदेश में 10 करोड़ लोगों को आयुष्मान भारत योजना की सुविधा मिल रही है। हर योजना का लाभ हर गरीब व्यक्ति तक पहुंचे, इसके लिए सरकार काम कर रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने वनटांगिया गांवों में बदलाव की चर्चा करते हुए कहा, जहां 500 साल बाद अयोध्या में भगवान राम की मूर्ति उनके मंदिर में स्थापित की गई है, वहीं वनटांगिया गांवों में राम राज्य आ चुका है। उन्होंने वनटांगिया बस्तियों के अतीत और वर्तमान विकास का तुलनात्मक विवरण भी प्रस्तुत किया।
उन्होंने कहा, रजही गांव 2009 में गोरखपुर संसदीय क्षेत्र का हिस्सा बन गया था। इससे पहले यह बांसगांव संसदीय क्षेत्र का हिस्सा था। गोरखपुर महानगर से सटा होने के बावजूद यह सुविधाओं से पूरी तरह वंचित था। वहां न सड़कें थीं, न बिजली, न पानी, न स्कूल और न ही किसी प्रकार की कोई सुविधाएं। यहां लोगों के लिए पक्के घर बनाना भी मुश्किल था। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के नेतृत्व में डबल इंजन सरकार न सिर्फ यहां के लोगों को सम्मान और सुरक्षा दे रही है, बल्कि उनकी आत्मनिर्भरता के लिए भी काम कर रही है। वनटांगिया गांवों में जहां पहले कोई नहीं जाता था, अब उनकी अपनी ग्राम पंचायतें हैं। हर योजना से उन्हें लाभ मिल रहा है।
