उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने शुक्रवार को पड़ोसी देश पाकिस्तान पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि वहां खाने के लाले पड़े हुए हैं, वहीं आज भारत में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश के 80 करोड़ लोगों को पिछले चार वर्षों से मुफ्त राशन की सुविधा दी जा रही है । योगी आदित्यनाथ आज अमरोहा लोकसभा क्षेत्र से भाजपा उम्मीदवार कंवर सिंह तंवर के समर्थन में एक राजनीतिक रैली को संबोधित कर रहे थे । इस रैली को प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने भी संबोधित किया । मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा, ”देश में वर्ष 1947 में विभाजन के दौरान पाकिस्तान का भूभाग ज्यादा था जबकि वहां आबादी कम थी। आज पाकिस्तान की आबादी करीब 23 से 24 करोड़ है, फिर भी वहां खाने के लाले पड़े हैं। वहीं भारत में आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश के 80 करोड़ लोगों को पिछले चार वर्षों से मुफ्त राशन की सुविधा दी जा रही है।

यह बदलते और नए भारत की तस्वीर है।” मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि अब हमें ‘विकसित भारत’, ‘आत्मनिर्भर भारत’ और ‘ग्लोबल लीडर’ (वैश्विक नेता) के रूप में आगे बढ़ने के लिए लोकतंत्र के महापर्व में भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करनी है, ताकि तीसरी बार फिर मोदी सरकार को देश का नेतृत्व सौंपकर ये लक्ष्य हासिल किए जा सकें। आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी नए भारत के शिल्पी के रूप में ‘विकसित भारत’ और ‘आत्मनिर्भर भारत’ की संकल्पना को पूरा करने के लिए लगातार प्रयास कर रहे हैं जिसके फलस्वरूप आज देश में सुरक्षा का बेहतर वातावरण है तथा 140 करोड़ देशवासियों का सम्मान और गौरव बढ़ा है। उन्होंने कहा ”वर्तमान में देश में जो परिवर्तन हो रहा है, वह अद्भुत और अभूतपूर्व है। यह परिवर्तन दुनिया के लिए कौतूहल और आश्चर्य का विषय बना हुआ है। यह प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की दूरदर्शी सोच से ही संभव हो पाया है।’

योगी ने कहा कि यह सब जनता द्वारा लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों के इस्तेमाल से संभव हो पाया है। ”ऐसे में एक बार फिर आपको अपने वोट के जरिये देश को सशक्त और मजबूत सरकार देनी है।” इस अवसर पर प्रदेश सरकार के मंत्री जसवंत सिंह सैनी, विधान परिषद सदस्य सरदार हरि सिंह ढिल्लों, विधायक महेंद्र खड़गवंशी, राजीव तरारा, हरेंद्र सिंह तेवतिया, और भाजपा के क्षेत्रीय अध्यक्ष सत्येंद्र सिसोदिया आदि उपस्थित थे। भाषा जफर मनीषा मनीषाTAKEआपराधिक जांच पर रोक लगाने की याचिका में शिकायतकर्ताओं को भी पक्षकार बनाएं रामदेव: उच्चतम न्यायालयनयी दिल्ली, 19 अप्रैल (भाषा) उच्चतम न्यायालय ने योग गुरु रामदेव से अपराधिक कार्यवाही पर रोक लगाने का अनुरोध करने वाली उनकी याचिका में शुक्रवार को उन शिकायतकर्ताओं को भी पक्षकार बनाने को कहा, जिन्होंने कोविड महामारी के दौरान एलोपैथिक दवाओं के इस्तेमाल के खिलाफ उनकी कथित टिप्पणियों को लेकर उनके खिलाफ मामले दर्ज कराये थे। इंडियन मेडिकल एसोसिएशन (आईएमए) की पटना और रायपुर इकाई ने 2021 में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी कि रामदेव की टिप्पणियों से कोविड नियंत्रण व्यवस्था पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ने की आशंका थी।

न्यायमूर्ति एम. एम. सुंदरेश और न्यायमूर्ति पी. बी. वराले की पीठ रामदेव की अपने खिलाफ आपराधिक कार्यवाही पर रोक लगाने का अनुरोध करने वाली याचिका पर सुनवाई कर रही थी। उसने कहा कि रामदेव को मामले में राहत पाने के लिए शिकायतकर्ताओं को पक्षकार बनाने की जरूरत है। पीठ ने रामदेव को शिकायतकर्ताओं को पक्षकार बनाने की छूट दी और मामले में आगे की सुनवाई शीर्ष अदालत की ग्रीष्मकालीन छुट्टियों के बाद के लिए स्थगित कर दी। अदालत की ग्रीष्मकालीन छुट्टियां 20 मई से शुरू होंगी। बिहार सरकार की ओर से पेश वकील ने कहा कि उन्हें मामले में जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए समय चाहिए। न्यायालय ने कोविड महामारी के दौरान एलोपैथिक दवाओं के इस्तेमाल के खिलाफ की गईं रामदेव की कथित टिप्पणियों को लेकर दर्ज विभिन्न प्राथमिकियों के संबंध में कार्यवाहियों पर रोक लगाने का अनुरोध करने वाली उनकी याचिका पर केंद्र, बिहार एवं छत्तीसगढ़ की सरकारों और इंडियन मेडिकल एसोसिएशन (आईएमए) को पिछले साल नौ अक्टूबर को नोटिस जारी किया था। रामदेव की ओर से पेश हुए वरिष्ठ वकील सिद्धार्थ दवे ने कहा था कि उनके मुवक्किल ने 2021 में बयान दिया था कि वह एलोपैथिक दवाओं में भरोसा नहीं करते, जिस पर कुछ चिकित्सकों ने आपत्ति जताई और उनके खिलाफ कई मामले दर्ज किए गए। रामदेव ने अंतरिम राहत के तौर पर उनके खिलाफ आपराधिक शिकायतों संबंधी जांच पर रोक लगाए जाने का अनुरोध किया है।

वैश्विक महामारी के दौरान एलोपैथिक दवाओं के इस्तेमाल के खिलाफ रामदेव की टिप्पणी पर आईएमए ने बिहार और छत्तीसगढ़ में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी। योगगुरु के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड संहिता और आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम, 2005 के विभिन्न प्रावधानों के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। रामदेव के बयानों ने एलोपैथी बनाम आयुर्वेद पर देशव्यापी बहस छेड़ दी थी। उन्होंने तत्कालीन केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री हर्षवर्धन से पत्र मिलने के बाद अपने बयान को वापस ले लिया था। हर्षवर्धन ने रामदेव की टिप्पणियों को ”अनुचित” कहा था। दिल्ली मेडिकल एसोसिएशन (डीएमए) ने भी इस मामले में उसे एक पक्ष बनाने की अनुमति मांगी है। उसने आरोप लगाया है कि रामदेव ने एलोपैथी का अपमान किया और लोगों को टीकों एवं उपचार संबंधी प्रोटोकॉल की अवहेलना करने के लिए ”उकसाया”। डीएमए ने दावा किया है कि रामदेव की औद्योगिक इकाई ‘पतंजलि’ ने ‘कोरोनिल किट’ बेचकर 1,000 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक कमाए, जबकि सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने इसे मंजूरी नहीं दी थी।
