लखनऊ में एएसपी सहित छह लोगों पर दुष्कर्म व जबरन गर्भपात कराने का मामला दर्ज

लखनऊ। यूपी की राजधानी लखनऊ के गोमतीनगर विस्तार थाना पुलिस ने आतंकवाद निरोधक दस्ता (एटीएस) के अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक (एएसपी) राहुल श्रीवास्तव, उनकी पत्नी और चार अन्य करीबियों के खिलाफ कथित तौर पर दुष्कर्म, जबरन गर्भपात और आपराधिक धमकी के आरोप में प्राथमिकी दर्ज की। पुलिस ने रविवार को यह जानकारी दी। पुलिस के अनुसार एक प्रतियोगी परीक्षा की तैयारी कर रही युवती की शिकायत के आधार पर उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस के एटीएस में तैनात एएसपी राहुल श्रीवास्तव, उनकी पत्नी डॉक्टर मानिनी श्रीवास्तव व चार अन्य दोस्तों के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 376 (दुष्कर्म), 313 (महिला की सहमति के बिना गर्भपात) और 506 (आपराधिक धमकी) के तहत शनिवार को मामला दर्ज किया गया।

गोमती नगर विस्तार थाना के प्रभारी निरीक्षक (एसएचओ) सुधीर अवस्थी ने बताया कि एक युवती की शिकायत पर शनिवार को एएसपी और अन्य के खिलाफ संबंधित धाराओं में प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गयी। अधिकारी ने बताया कि मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी गयी है और साक्ष्य मिलने पर उसी अनुरूप अग्रिम विधिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। पुलिस सूत्रों के अनुसार करीब तीन महीने से पीड़िता राहुल श्रीवास्तव पर दुष्कर्म का आरोप लगाकर कार्रवाई की मांग कर रही थी और जब उसने सोशल मीडिया पर आखिरी चेतावनी दी तो प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गयी।

पीड़िता ने आरोप लगाया कि प्रतियोगी परीक्षा (यूपीएससी) की तैयारी करने के दौरान वह करीब पांच वर्ष पूर्व राहुल श्रीवास्तव के संपर्क में आयी। उसने पिछले कई वर्षों से एएसपी पर यौन शोषण करने का आरोप लगाया और यह भी आरोप लगाया कि जब वह गर्भवती हो गयी तो उन्होंने अप्रैल 2023 में जबरन गर्भपात करा दिया। युवती ने एएसपी पर अंतरंग क्षणों के वीडियो बनाकर ब्लैकमेल करने का भी आरोप लगाया। युवती ने दावा किया कि उसके पास हर आरोप के साक्ष्‍य हैं। पीड़िता ने एएसपी के निलंबन की मांग की है।
