बरसाना के राधा रानी मंदिर में हादसा, 20 से अधिक श्रद्धालु घायल

मथुरा जिले के बरसाना में राधा रानी मंदिर में लड्डू होली के आयोजन के दौरान भारी भीड़ के कारण सीढ़ियों की रेलिंग टूटने से हुए हादसे में 20 से अधिक श्रद्धालु घायल हो गए। मंदिर के एक पुजारी ने सोमवार को संवाददाताओं को बताया कि रविवार शाम को हजारों की संख्या में श्रद्धालुओं के आने से मंदिर की सीढ़ियों पर लगी रेलिंग उनका दबाव नहीं झेल सकी और वह टूट गयी। इससे कई श्रद्धालु नीचे गिर पड़े जिससे भगदड़ मच गयी।

ये श्रद्धालु कई घंटों से मंदिर के पट खुलने का इंतजार कर रहे थे। बरसाना के सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र के प्रभारी डॉ. मनोज वशिष्ठ ने बताया कि घटना के बाद 22 लोगों को केंद्र में लाया गया और उनमें से ज्यादातर को फ्रैक्चर आया है। जिला मजिस्ट्रेट शैलेंद्र कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि घायलों को तत्काल इलाज मुहैया कराया गया। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के अनुसार, भीड़ का दबाव बढ़ने का एक कारण यह भी था कि बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालु लड्डू लूटने में लगे थे।
