लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने आगामी 22 जनवरी को अयोध्या स्थित राम मंदिर में होने वाली प्राण-प्रतिष्ठा को राष्ट्रीय उत्सव बताते हुए उस दिन राज्य की सभी शिक्षण संस्थाओं में छुट्टी का ऐलान किया है। राज्य सरकार के एक प्रवक्ता के मुताबिक मुख्यमंत्री ने प्राण-प्रतिष्ठा समारोह की तैयारियों का जायजा लेने के लिये अयोध्या में स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों और प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की और आवश्यक दिशानिर्देश दिये। मुख्यमंत्री ने अयोध्या में रामलला के नवीन विग्रह की बहुप्रतीक्षित प्राण-प्रतिष्ठा समारोह के दिन 22 जनवरी को प्रदेश में शिक्षण संस्थाओं में अवकाश घोषित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने इस अवसर को राष्ट्रीय उत्सव की संज्ञा देते हुए 22 जनवरी को प्रदेश में शराब की दुकानें बंद रखने की भी हिदायत दी है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने इससे पहले श्रीरामलला और हनुमान गढ़ी के दर्शन-पूजन के बाद श्रीराम जन्मभूमि तीर्थ क्षेत्र ट्रस्ट के पदाधिकारियों के साथ भी बैठक की। मकर संक्रांति के बाद शुरू हो रहे प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के वैदिक अनुष्ठानों की जानकारी लेते हुए आदित्यनाथ ने समारोह की सुरक्षा और अन्य व्यवस्थाओं में तीर्थ क्षेत्र ट्रस्ट को सभी आवश्यक सहयोग के लिए अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा, ”प्राण-प्रतिष्ठा समारोह में आ रहे गणमान्य जनों को अयोध्या में बेहतर आतिथ्य प्राप्त होना चाहिए। हर अतिविशिष्ट अतिथि के विश्राम स्थल का चयन पूर्व में ही कर लिया जाए। मौसम को देखते हुए ऐसा हो सकता है कि कुछ अतिथि एक-दो दिन पहले ही आ जाएं। ऐसे में उनके रुकने की बेहतर व्यवस्था हो। उन्होंने कहा, अयोध्या में होटल और धर्मशालाएं हैं। होम स्टे की व्यवस्था भी है। टेंट सिटी की संख्या और बढ़ाये जाने की जरूरत है। कुंभ की तर्ज पर अयोध्या में 25-50 एकड़ में एक भव्य टेंट सिटी तैयार कराया जाए। आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि 22 जनवरी के बाद अयोध्या में दुनिया भर से रामभक्तों का आगमन होगा और उनकी सुविधा के लिए पूरे नगर में विभिन्न भाषाओं में दिशासूचक लगाए जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि ये दिशासूचक संविधान की आठवीं अनुसूची में सम्मिलित भाषाओं और संयुक्त राष्ट्र की छह भाषाओं में हों।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि 22 जनवरी की शाम को हर देव मंदिर में दीपोत्सव मनाया जाएगा। हर सनातन आस्थावान अपने घरों/प्रतिष्ठानों में रामज्योति प्रज्ज्वलित कर रामलला का स्वागत करेगा। सभी सरकारी भवनों की साज-सज्जा कराई जाए। सायंकाल आतिशबाजी के भी प्रबंध किया जाए। आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि अयोध्या में प्राण-प्रतिष्ठा समारोह का सीधा प्रसारण हो। इसके लिए मोबाइल वैन, एलईडी स्क्रीन आदि की व्यवस्था की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि अयोध्या में पूरी दुनिया से लोग आने वाले हैं। यहां तैनाती पाने वाले पुलिसकर्मियों का व्यवहार प्रदेश की छवि प्रभावित करने वाला होगा। ऐसे में उनकी काउंसिलिंग की जाए। केंद्रीय सुरक्षा एजेंसियों से सतत संपर्क बनाए रखें।
