अमेठी। उत्तर प्रदेश के अमेठी जिले के जगदीशपुर थाना क्षेत्र में एक किशोर की चाकू घोंपकर हत्या कर उसके शव को जंगल में फेंक दिया गया। इस मामले में मृतक के दो दोस्तों को हिरासत में लेकर उनसे पूछताछ की जा रही है। पुलिस सूत्रों ने मंगलवार को बताया कि जगदीशपुर थाना क्षेत्र के मोहब्बतपुर गांव का रहने वाला मेराज (15) गत 22 अक्टूबर की शाम अपने दो दोस्तों-गुलाम और आशिक अली के साथ गांव में आयोजित एक शादी समारोह में गया था।

सूत्रों ने बताया कि मेराज जब बुधवार देर रात तक घर नहीं लौटा, तो उसके पिता रियाज ने उसके दोस्तों से पूछा, जिस पर वे कुछ साफ नहीं बता पाए। इसके बाद रियाज ने पुलिस को अपने बेटे की गुमशुदगी की सूचना दी। सूत्रों के मुताबिक, बाद में मेराज का शव गांव के पास स्थित जंगल में पाया गया। उन्होंने बताया कि मेराज के शव पर चाकू से वार के निशान थे। सूत्रों के अनुसार, पुलिस ने मेराज के दोनों दोस्तों को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ शुरू कर दी है। मामले की जांच जारी है।
