रामपुर। समाजवादी पार्टी (सपा) के वरष्ठि नेता एवं पूर्व विधायक मोहम्मद आजम खान की बुधवार को जिला अदालत से भड़काऊ भाषण के मामले में अंतरिम जमानत मंजूर हो गई। इस मामले में उन्हें तीन साल के लिए दोषी ठहराया गया था। बचाव पक्ष के अधिवक्ता विनोद शर्मा ने कहा कि सपा नेता को अदालत से अंतरिम जमानत मिलने से बड़ी राहत मिली है। उन्होंने कहा कि आजम खान ने चली अदालत के आदेश के खिलाफ जिला अदालत में गुहार लगाई थी और जिला न्यायाधीश आंचल सचदेव ने इस मामले में उनकी अंतरिम जमानत मंजूर कर ली। अदालत में सुनवाई के दौरान आजम खान अदालत में उपस्थित थे। न्यायालय ने सुनवाई के लिए अगली तारीख 16 नवंबर को मुकर्रर की है।
