देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में नर्सरी से लेकर सभी कक्षाओं के स्कूल फिर से खुलने जा रहे है साथ ही कुछ प्रतिबंधों के साथ जिम को खोलने की अनुमति भी दे दी गई है। वहीं, कारों में अकेले यात्रा करने वाले ड्राइवरों को मास्क पहनने से छूट दी जाएगी। दिल्ली सरकार ने कोविड-19 के मामलों में कमी के मद्देनजर शुक्रवार को कोविड प्रतिबंधों में ढील देने की घोषणा की। दिल्ली में रात्रि कर्फ्यू जारी रहेगा, लेकिन अब कर्फ्यू का समय रात 10 बजे के बजाए रात 11 बजे से शुरू होगा। दिल्ली आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण ने राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों और कोचिंग सेंटर के साथ-साथ नौवीं से 12वीं कक्षा के लिए स्कूलों को सात फरवरी से फिर से खोलने का फैसला किया है।

दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने ऑनलाइन संवाददाता सम्मेलन में घोषणा की कि समिति ने 14 फरवरी से नर्सरी से आठवीं तक की कक्षाएं फिर से शुरू करने का भी फैसला किया है। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि कुछ पाबंदियों के साथ जिम खोलने की भी अनुमति दी गई है।
उन्होंने कहा कि एक अन्य महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय में डीडीएमए ने उन ड्राइवरों को मास्क पहनने से छूट दी है, जो वाहनों में अकेले होंगे और 100 प्रतिशत उपस्थिति के साथ कार्यालयों को फिर से शुरू करने के लिए अपनी मंजूरी दे दी है। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि कोविड-19 की संक्रमण दर और मामलों की संख्या में लगातार कमी के बीच विशेषज्ञों की सलाह के आधार पर ये निर्णय लिए गए।

अधिकारियों ने कहा कि उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों और कोचिंग संस्थानों को मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया और कोविड-उपयुक्त व्यवहार के सख्त पालन की शर्तों के साथ खोलने की अनुमति दी जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि सात फरवरी से कक्षा 9-12 वीं तक चरणबद्ध तरीके से स्कूल खोले जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन शिक्षकों का टीकाकरण नहीं हुआ है, उन्हें कक्षाओं में जाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि उपराज्यपाल अनिल बैजल की अध्यक्षता में हुई बैठक के दौरान 15-18 आयु वर्ग के लोगों का टीकाकरण बढ़ाने पर जोर दिया गया।
